1,235 wristbands were distributed; 358 of these were red VIP tickets. Nineteen different sponsors provided cash sponsorship (Conner & Winters, LLP, TD Williamson, Ann Domin, KWB Oil Property Management, Inc., Memorial Machine, Bank of Oklahoma, The Hille Foundation, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Caballo Energy, LLC, Williams, Tulsa Educare, Joseph & Nancy McDonald, Deborah Shallcross & John Gaida, Charlie Jackson & Tamara Rains, County Commissioner Ron Peters, BKD, LLP CPA’s & Advisors, Michael & Erin Dailey) ; 6 sponsors provided goods and services valued at a sponsorship level and 28 different vendors provided food and beverages at 26 different venues. Three TV stations promoted the event at 5 different times, 3 radio stations hosted 30 minute segments, Tulsa World printed 2 articles and a photo journalist printed on-line version of photos the day after the event. Two additional print newspapers featured articles and advertisement for the event. 681 raffle tickets were sold for 12 different raffle baskets and 67 restaurant certificates were available for the restaurant pull. Gross income from the event is $54,000.
