Infant Toddler Enhancement Program
Purpose of the Infant Toddler Enhancement Program: ¨ Provide education, support and resources to child care providers and families with infants/toddlers ¨ Support infant/toddler caregivers in an effort to improve the quality of infant/toddler care ¨ Increase the availability of infant/toddler care The Program will offer: ¨ At least 20 hours of direct contact with the Infant/Toddler Consultant, including at least six on-site, one-on-one sessions and a chance to network with other local providers who are also enrolled in the program. ¨ Information on best practices, appropriate activities, room arrangement, transitions, temperament, behavior and guidance, family involvement and a host of other practical matters that confront child care providers daily.
