Do you like “free” trainings from CCRC?

We like to provide them to you as well!  However, just as your time is valuable to you, so is the time of our CCRC staff.  Our trainers spend many hours developing, preparing and making materials for each of the “free” trainings that CCRC offers.  Due to an increase in people cancelling at short notice and “no shows”, and in an effort to continue to offer free trainings through the Child Care Resource Center, we are establishing some rules for our “free” trainings:

1. You may no longer sign up on the day of the training
2. Drop-ins will not be accepted at trainings
3. You must call immediately to cancel as soon as you know that you will not be attending
4. If less than ten people sign up for a training, the class will be cancelled.

We hope that in the future, we will not have to start charging for our trainings.  We appreciate your consideration of our trainers’ time and our ability to offer free trainings to the communities that we serve.
