The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a release announcing new federal safety standards for play yards or pack ‘n plays. Between November 2007 and December 2011, there were more than 2,100 incidents involving play yards reported to CPSC, including 60 fatalities and 170 injuries. There are now new mandatory requirements for play yards.

CCRC is going GREEN
In the effort to help our environment, cut out waste and leave a world that is cleaner and better for our children, the CCRC has been going green. We are recycling our grocery bags by donating them to local child care programs, and we have recycling bins for plastics & cans.
