A NAEYC recognized Accreditation Facilitation Project
Accreditation Facilitation refers to the support given to programs that are choosing to go through the process of NAEYC Accreditation. These Accreditation Facilitation Projects (AFP) are also known as Communities of Quality and have representation throughout the US and Internationally. An AFP is recognized by NAEYC as a part of their Accreditation Program Support department. As a standard of best practice, AFP’s follow a set of ethically charged Guiding Principles. Our best practices fall into three categories:
- Support to Programs
- Business Practices of an AFP
- Community Leadership
*Tulsa’s QEI is the only NAEYC recognized Accreditation Facilitation Project in the state of Oklahoma.
